You are most welcome to join us at St Mary’s Church, Quarry Street, Guildford on Saturday 11 March for our next session on Practical Aspects of Spirituality.

During the morning we will learn about St Benedict and the exercises and practices which he taught his community and which are in widespread use throughout the world today. The session will be facilitated by Stephen Bampfylde, a Benedictine and a member of Holy Trinity Church, Guildford.

Please arrive by 09.20 for a 09.30 start and bring a notebook.

There is a 20 minute mid-morning refreshment break and the session ends at 12.30.
